1.THE DATA IS USED FOR FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
The data collected via newsletters and opt in sign up forms, is used for marketing on social media and to send out newsletters to you. Data collected through you buying a service alone, is only used to deliver the service, and to send you billings.
2.DATA KEEPING AND DATA DELETING:
I store your personal data secured and confidential in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Regulation and Data Protection Act.
The informations is used solely for the purpose for which they are collected, and they are deleted when the purpose is met or no longer relevant.

I save and use the following categories of personal information:
General personal information, such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number and data on the use of digital services, including newsletters.

Directly from you, signing up to a newsletter on my website or other places on the internet.

5.REASONS WHY I NEED TO STORE INFORMATIONS:

In order for me to fulfill a contract with whom you are a party.
In order for me to comply with legal obligation, for example in accordance with the Accounting Act.

In connection with the purchase of services or products:
In connection with the delivery of my products and services, I will keep your personal information for up to 5 years after completion of customer relationships pursuant to the Bookkeeping Act, unless there are special reasons for storing the information for an extended period of time, such as because you have access to an online product you have purchased.
8.INFORMATION, OBJECTION, CHANGE, DATA PORTABILITY AND DELETION:
You can always contact me to find out what personal information I hold about you. If there is a mistake in the information I have about you, you can always ask me to correct them, so I’m right, just as you have the right to get the information in a common format (data portability).
Any delivery between the parties takes place on the basis of current general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
Payment can be made with Paypal or Mastercard /Visa card. Payment must be made on online payment.
Delivery is either via direct download after payment or by receiving an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Purchases of sessions are binding. After the start of the retreat, no money is returned.
4. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not transfer information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail to any other party without the customer’s consent.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All inquiries about Sexual Alchemy are addressed to:

VAT is 25% and is included in all prices.

7. AGREEMENT CHANGE
Sexual Alchemy Team is entitled, at any time, to make changes to current terms and conditions with 30 days notice.
8. LAW AND VALUATION
The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Any discrepancy between the parties will be settled by the Court in Oslo.

11.PERSONAL INFORMATION – WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

If you choose to contact us via a contact form on the website, your submitted information is stored in our backend system and then sent to our mail system. We store your mails and the information you send to us for up to 5 years.
19.ADDED PERSONAL DATA
Relevant information for completing a purchase (including purchases in webshop) is stored according to the posting, dispatch and handling of your order. We save your customer referrals when booking in my. 5 years in with the bookkeeper: ebookholder. Customer information is retrieved from the CVR registry and may contain information you have not provided to Electra Frost yourself.
20.OUR THIRD PARTY DATA PROCESSOR
